1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the phvvvv platform, which is used to access services, place bets, and manage funds.
• "Bet" means any wager, stake, or gamble placed by a Player on any game, event, or outcome available on the phvvvv platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional funds, free spins, free bets, or other incentives offered by phvvvv to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Company" or "phvvvv" means the operator of the phvvvv online gaming platform accessible at phvvvv.cam and related domains, mobile applications, and services.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers an account and uses the phvvvv platform to play games, place bets, or access services.
• "Platform" or "Service" means the phvvvv website, mobile applications, games, betting markets, and all related software, content, and functionality.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, together with any supplemental terms, rules, or policies referenced herein.

2. Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Account Creation

To use the phvvvv platform, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Each Player is permitted to register only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds and winnings.

2.2 Verification Requirements

phvvvv reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification card (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, postal ID, or PRC ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method (bank statement, screenshot of GCash or Maya account). Players must provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days of the request. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the phvvvv platform remains accurate and up to date. You must notify phvvvv immediately of any changes to your personal details, contact information, or payment methods. phvvvv is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Age Requirement

The phvvvv platform is strictly available only to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. phvvvv employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Player found to be under twenty-one (21) years of age will have their account immediately closed, all bets voided, and funds forfeited without refund. Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing the phvvvv platform.

3.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

Players must ensure that their use of the phvvvv platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction of residence. It is solely the Player's responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in their location. phvvvv does not accept registrations or deposits from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law. Players residing in or accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions will have their accounts closed and funds returned, minus any illegitimate winnings.

3.3 Capacity to Contract

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines and your jurisdiction of residence. You confirm that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into this agreement, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

Players may deposit funds into their phvvvv account using approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. phvvvv does not charge fees for deposits, but third-party payment processors may impose their own fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals at any time, subject to account verification, wagering requirements, and minimum withdrawal thresholds. Withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes to seventy-two (72) hours depending on payment method and verification status. phvvvv reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Players must withdraw funds to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by phvvvv. Withdrawal fees may apply depending on payment method and frequency of requests.

4.3 Currency

The primary account currency on the phvvvv platform is Philippine Peso (PHP). Players may deposit using other currencies where supported, in which case funds will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate determined by phvvvv or its payment processors. Currency conversion fees may apply. All bets, winnings, bonuses, and account balances are denominated in PHP unless otherwise specified.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

phvvvv is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Players may be required to complete anti-money laundering (AML) verification procedures, including enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions. Players must wager deposited funds at least once (1x) before requesting a withdrawal, unless otherwise approved by phvvvv. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

phvvvv offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are displayed on the promotions page and must be read and understood before claiming any bonus. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from twenty times (20x) to forty times (40x) the bonus amount. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games such as blackjack and roulette may contribute 10-20%, and live dealer games may contribute 10% or be excluded entirely. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

phvvvv reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and close accounts where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without risk, or collusion with other players. All promotional offers are limited to one per Player, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Game Rules and Betting Policies

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the phvvvv platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) independently tested and audited by recognized international gaming laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by phvvvv or any third party. phvvvv publishes return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games, representing the theoretical long-term payout percentage.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. phvvvv reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice. Players who consistently exceed responsible betting patterns may be subject to reduced limits or account review.

6.3 Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software defect, all affected bets and winnings are void. phvvvv will refund the original stake amount to affected Players. phvvvv is not liable for any losses resulting from game malfunctions, network interruptions, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting is subject to specific rules governing bet acceptance, settlement, postponements, and cancellations. All sports bets are accepted and settled in accordance with official results announced by the relevant sports governing bodies. In cases of disputes regarding sports betting outcomes, phvvvv's decision based on official results is final.

7. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

7.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

phvvvv is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide tools to help Players manage their gaming activity including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players can access these tools through their account settings or by contacting customer support.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel their gaming is becoming problematic can request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, the Player's account will be locked, and they will be prevented from creating new accounts or accessing the phvvvv platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

7.3 Support Resources

Players experiencing gambling-related problems can access confidential support through the National Center for Mental Health at (02) 7-989-USAP (8727) or other recognized gambling support organizations. phvvvv provides information and links to responsible gaming resources throughout the platform.

8. Account Security and Player Obligations

8.1 Password Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials including username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phvvvv will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. You must notify phvvvv immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

8.2 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether authorized by you or not. phvvvv is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security. You agree to immediately notify phvvvv of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

8.3 Account Closure

Players may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. phvvvv reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or risk management purposes. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the Player after deducting any outstanding liabilities, chargebacks, or disputed amounts.

9. Prohibited Activities and Misconduct

9.1 Fraudulent Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phvvvv platform: creating multiple accounts, using false or fraudulent identity information, depositing funds from stolen or unauthorized payment methods, colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes, exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain, using automated betting software or bots, chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause, and any other activity that phvvvv reasonably believes to be fraudulent or abusive.

9.2 Consequences

Players found engaging in prohibited activities will have their accounts immediately suspended or closed, all funds and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities. phvvvv reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover damages resulting from fraudulent or abusive conduct.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

phvvvv strives to provide continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. phvvvv is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures.

10.2 Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phvvvv's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the six (6) months preceding the claim. phvvvv is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Complaints Procedure

Players who wish to file a complaint must first contact phvvvv customer support via email or live chat. phvvvv will investigate all complaints and provide a written response within fourteen (14) business days. If the Player is not satisfied with phvvvv's response, they may escalate the complaint through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms available under Philippine law.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12. Amendments and Updates

12.1 Changes to Terms

phvvvv reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification and/or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the phvvvv platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Players who do not agree with amendments may close their account.

12.2 Effective Date

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on October 8, 2026, and are effective immediately for all new Players and existing Players upon their next login.
